Wow I have never known such a personal service ,you really feel like Josie cares . I have just got back into fitness after three children and a semi sedentry Job , I felt bombarded with information from the internet etc , but knowing how experienced Josie is and putting my trust in just her after seeing all her client before and after pics ,it has taken all the stress out of a change of lifestyle and given me the confidence to succeed. I am eating more food and better food than i was before , i was always tired and not eating well. It took me a couple of weeks to get into it , but when i started to lose weight even when i didnt think i had been brilliant it has given me an extra boost . Josie has always been there for advice, I'm definatly sticking with her after my free trial . Josie sets out to tailor training and eating to your needs and lifestyle. I saw results within a month. Josie sets out to educate you in nutrition and training and how you can achieve your goals. Combined with the Virtugym/Nutrition For Real App and social community, you are able to monitor exactly what you are eating and how that eating affects your body. I have found the social community that she has created with her personal training fellow customers a huge support as well. You feel that you are not alone. Josie is always quick to monitor your results and answer all and every question that you may have. I cannot recommend her enough.
