I called them regarding a blocked external drain blockage that had led to flooding of our garage every time it rained. The office handled my query very professionally and we’re able to offer a visit for later the same day or the next. The engineer turned up at the agreed time, analysed the problem and expertly resolved it. He was polite, efficient and very tidy. He took photos to show what he had done and explained why it had happened. Excellent service!
