Excellent customer service We had a slight issue with a gun we brought so we rang up and we’re told to bring it in so they can have a look at it and they quickly resolved the issue and explained what had happened to us. very friendly and helpful staff EDIT:eventually returned the gun no problems full refund issued

Really good staff. I went in today to return a battery as it didn't fit my AR. I (like a tool) had wrecked the packaging and so I couldn't get a refund. Despite this, the staff changed the connector to the correct one free of charge. My understanding was they they would normally charge for this but were very understanding and helpful. 11/10 would recommend :).

This is the best airsoft gun shop I've ever known you get to try a gun before you buy it and if any goes wrong with a airsoft gun when you buy from here you just take it back and the bloke behind the counter is very helpful told me what was wrong with my airsoft gun and told me a estimated price for a gun repair and it was a reasonable price for a gun repair
