Fantastic service as always from the Sales Team at JCT600 York. River has a great rapport which makes you feel comfortable from day 1. There were a couple of unavoidable hiccups mainly due to the snow on pick-up day and you could really tell that his first priority was making me happy. This led to him chasing my new car around Yorkshire late in the evening when there was no expectation as such. Car is pristine and well prepared for delivery. Can't fault it.

Customer service above and beyond ........... My van said it was due a service so booked it in. To my surprise they rang me back and notified me that the service interval was setup wrong on the computer rather than allowing me to waste money. They said to pop in when I was passing and they'd update the computer while I waited. Whilst I was there I mentioned a bit of damage on the bodywork that was not covered under warranty. Errol directed me to Alan who had a quick look, whipped the van around the corner and polished off the damage (including a scratch on the mirror that I hadn't noticed) with no charge and a free coffee whilst I waited. All this on a Saturday morning ........... wouldn't hesitate in buying a van from them again. Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, General repairs & maintenance
