Appalling and neglectful service!! I dropped my Van off in February for a warranty repair which is still waiting authority on the repair and we are now in May!, No courtesy calls to keep the customer up to date. I have never known a dealer to put a new battery on a vehicle due to being with them so long. Condemned as a cracked cylinder head (internal coolant loss) A very rare 204bhp T32 4 motion with 24,000 miles now sits there with water in its cylinder bores for a few months while I am still waiting for a spanner to be put on the van. I can confirm parts are not an issue just a poor neglectful service being provided. I will update and edit this review once I see ANY progress done to my Van.

Very poor service, had a vehicle in there for 6 weeks now for warranty work and still no further forward. Have to chase every week to be told there is no updates. Avoid if at all possible.

JCB Sittingbourne have the worst, most ignorant after sales service I've ever experienced. After multiple reports of faults with my van they still have not fixed a single one. Peeling paint Leaking boot Parts falling off the vehicle Constant rattles in the cab Woeful stereo Interior trim falling off These are just a handful of the issues I've got with a £55,000 van and JCB have not lifted and single finger in 9 months.. I called VW head office and they sounded so concerned but they did nothing either!

I purchased a 71 plate van, for 34999, I was told it was mint condition as you would expect from a main dealer and a van of that age, I had it delivered and was in a major rush, to drive up north, so I got to my destination only to be informed from another dealer where I had sold it that it had had two panels painted, I phoned jcb sittingbourne and Jamie said sell it to we buy any van, I was like wow really, after a heated talk that agreed to refund me
