I recently visited JCB Ashford Van Centre. I was hoping to get a Ball Pin that was on my MOT ( Not urgent) which was also on the VW Safety recall 55H5 /April 2023 , and I have to say that I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. I left my Caddy with them for a day, hoping to get that item replaced, but I ended up wasting my time. They did diagnose the issue which is exactly the same issue I spoke to them about, the same issue picked up by my Local MOT garage. but then informed me that they wouldn't have the necessary parts to replace it for a few weeks. This was extremely frustrating, as I had hoped to get my Caddy sorted. It seemed like a complete waste of my time having to drop the caddy pick it up the next day ( organising somebody to drop me and pick me up as I don't live in Ashford.) In addition to the lengthy wait time, I was also disappointed with the lack of communication from JCB Ashford van centre. I haven't received an sms , email or anything in writing to explain my visit to their centre., , just telling me that they don't have the Ball Pin and when they do, they will call me, If I knew that they didn't have it to start with, I wouldn't have bothered. Overall, my experience with JCB Auto was extremely disappointing. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, as it seems like they don't prioritise their customers' time or communication. Updates16 May: I dropped the caddy at GJB garage in new Romney, all sorted for £180 They ordered the part , it was here the next day.

Dealing with Stephen Osbourne for my new van at such late notice he managed to find me the exact van I wanted, spect it to my needs and had it ready for the day he promised… My experience with buying a van for once was great ! I didn’t get ripped off I walked away knowing I had a great deal for a great company, I would highly recommend seeing Stephen Osborne for you next van, I will definitely be a repeat customer for sure.

Although JCB have been polite they have not yet been able to help us get set up with the Seat app. This is something Seat want us to do, but despite 3 100 mile round trips, Seat have not been able to identify where the issue is. Whilst we accept any issues with the computer interface and the car can be very costly for Seat to put right it has now cost us 3 days of lost work and 300 miles worth of fuel, not to mention wear and tear on the car. Even more annoying is the frustration at waiting around for an hour or more at the end of a long day of waiting for nothing to happen to get the car back! JCB have told us that Seat is having issues with this connection thing but they don't seem to be aware or care about the frustration this causes to its customers when there is nothing wrong with the car. They need to get this sorted as I feel there customer satisfaction rating will plummet if they don't
