The most unscrupulous company I've ever come across. An enforcement officer entered my home after saying he'd wait till we called the office. I have a disability and he was passive aggressive. To top it all off the government had advised social distancing but that didn't maker they want their £175. They say I didn't tell them I was following GP orders and self-isolating. I was so stressed I didn't know what I was doing. What horrible ppl I'm so mad about it all.

Rude disgraceful staff, who are very unhelpful, patronising & down right rude. No form off common sense comes from majority of the workers at the company. Lot of them customer service skills need dramatically working on. If you are in any debt with them, I advise anyone, pay what you can, avoid getting locked into a payment plan & just try to rise above the disrespectful behaviour they have towards their customers on the phone.
