We ordered via Buildworld - 11 JB Kind doors but 5 removed as were damaged and they would replace, however sent back same doors week later. Builders had to accept the doors and fix the doors. Went through complaints procedure asking for compensation. JB Kind are not taking responsibility as we sent all pictures. I would not recommend them as they seem to be ignoring us now or not collaborating. We going round in circles. Will update post if we have resolution but at the moment it’s been horrible dealing with them. We’re asking for compensation as it cost us to fix the doors extra cost and time from builder ls to finish. Peeedoff for sure!!

Doors look amazing online however when they arrived the middle panel across the glass is not secured correctly. We ordered 2 with the same issue so it was not an anomaly. Also other reviews confirm. For the price paid I would have expected a much better quality door. Although they look good feel ripped off as we went with a more expensive brand in hopes of better quality. Was offered £15 as a resolution, just to add salt to the expensive wound.

We ordered 14 internal doors. Order and delivery process very easy and great support and advice on pocket door systems. Delivery very quick and arrived when scheduled, with a good tracker of where the lorry was. The doors themselves are very good quality and look great now they’re fitted. The double pocket doors are fantastic with a really solid mechanism. Wouldn’t hesitate to use J B Kind again.

Earlier this year I bought seven Rustic Oak, 1930s style doors, from JB Kind after moving into a 30s house, which had lost it's character along with the original doors. These new doors are amazing. The Oak veneer means they don't need painting and my carpenter said it's incredibly thick veneer, the quality was second to none. We had the doors fitted with the black Raven handles, the contrast is brilliant, all our friends who have visited continually complement them. We couldn't be happier and will be ordering more doors from JB Kind when we start new projects next year!

We purchased 5 doors at a cost of around £190 each and came home from work after the chippy had installed them and presumbed there was a few greasy marks on the doors anyway proceeded to wash them all down next day only to notice little random shiny patches on the surface of each door although the one door is on the airing cupboard so not so bad but view our image attached and you'll see how bad the rest are...We reported the problem to Door Superstore (CMO) and and after several emails and phone calls The response was via JB Kind that we've had them a month and also they should have been inspected prior to installation. Therfore basically on yer bike! We responded by explaining they weren't noticeable when you look at them face on but after being hung and then the light catching them at certain angles, that's when the marks are highly visible. So this company obviously has no quality control systems In place as there's no way anyone would have allowed these doors out the building as B grade stock...let a lone A grade. On closer inspection, it was clear to us that there were very fine scratches under the shiny patches and they've touched them up in the factory with some type of lacquer. If these two companies are so sure they are absolved of any blame, then why as we've requested wouldn't they send someone out to at least inspect the doors. Well thankfully I've been in these situations before and no my way around recovering all my money. bitter pill already on the way for these boys as they've been given 2 opportunities to resolve this issue and the brick wall has got higher....incredible customer service!! So for anyone else out there, avoid these 2 companies because problems can arise and the difference between a good and bad company are how they deal with them. It is totally unacceptable and naive to think people like us are going to spend including installation the best part £1800 to be left with a bunch of doors in that state...really!!

We had a horrible experience with JB Kind and ALSO door Superstore. Two of the doors my partner ordered were of a completely different colour compared to the others. We made the mistake of not checking the doors immediately and, when we realized, we contacted J B Kind and also Door Superstore. Both companies were far from helpful and unbelievably slow. As a result, after a month spent making calls and sending emails to these guys, we are still waiting for our doors to be delivered and, needless to say, the delivery date has been completely disregarded. We were supposed to receive the doors last week but we didn't. Obviously, we didn't receive any emails to inform us about the delay and we had to chase many different people, just to be told the doors will be delivered with a 10 days delay. @JB Kind, thank you for your kind response. You will not find anything if you look for records in my name. The order was handled by my partner. I thought to mention it, to prove this is a real review and not a fake one.
