Contacted under my insurance. The engineer came out said we needed three parts and he'd order them. Won't tell you what he said about delays of new policy. Anyway, a month has passed and we've been told parts not expected until 16 June. They say parts out of stock. Contacted Smeg and they say parts are in stock. Called them back and they say they're not allowed to order from Smeg. Rang Smeg they say that's not true and now I feel they're deliberately lying so avoid at all costs.Feel very let down and lied to. JB, if you have an account with Smeg, then order from them don't just hold off for cheap parts. Service: Oven repair

JB domestics was sent to repair my washing machine via my insurance. He turned up and said I need a new door seal. Never returned to carry out the repairs but advised D&G he had and they closed my case. Thank fully CCTVshowed he never returned. Tries message a few times as never seems to answer the phone and never had a response. FRAUD repair claim !!! Service: Washer/dryer repair

Turned up when they said they would, polite , efficient and informative paid what I was quoted and if its not fixed they'll come back for free to fix it which is exactly what you want to hear. Definitely recommend. **Follow up 3 years later. Still using these guys reliable and straight with you and no reason to use anyone else. Always friendly, polite and helpful
