We offer a one-year warranty on all of our bicycle racks. This covers any defects or malfunctions that may occur during normal use.What is the instructor-to-student ratio in each class?

Each indoor cycling class is 45 minutes long and we offer classes every day of the week, with various times throughout the day to fit your schedule.What is the cancellation policy for classes and is there a penalty fee?
We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for our indoor cycling classes. If you cancel your reservation within 12 hours of the class start time, or do not show up for the class, there is a penalty fee of £10.Can I see the condition of the tires before I make a purchase?

1000/10, absolutely amazing service from JazzyBazaar - cannot beat the kindness. I purchased a bike from JazzyBazaar last Saturday after finding them on gumtree. The owner is so lovely and very patient as he let me test a few bikes before making a decision on which one I wanted to take home. I purchased the one I liked the most and took it for a test drive in the new forest and on the road over the weekend. Unfortunately, the bike chain was jammed into the bike and the brakes had given up so it was not usable. The owner told me to bring it in today and that he would fix it. There is a 1 month free warranty on it and as soon as I bought the bike to him he could see the issues and started working on it straight away. He was absolutely brilliant and fitted brand new brakes, a chain and another attachment on the bike and finished within 25 mins. I thought it may be left overnight to give him more time to work on the problems, but he did it there and then! As he added the new parts and worked on it for a good while, in my mind I thought it would be a valid reason to charge me for this service - if this was the case I was very happy to pay. But, once he finished mending the bike, he sent me on my way and said that if there were anymore issues with the bike just let him know. I was left shocked and impressed at how knowledgable and generous he was. I could just tell that he really values customer service and I couldn't recommend them more, such a great guy!

I went here to get a spoke fixed on my bike wheel, he managed to get it done same day, at a great price and to a great standard. He was very polite, clear and honest on the phone and in person. I will certainly go back if I have any other issues with my bike that I cannot fix myself.

Fantastic experience when asking for a bike repair. The owner is responsive, friendly and very knowledgeable. Was provided with all the suitable options and told what would be best for my bike and my wallet, even though it meant turning down a repair opportunity. I would highly recommend JazzyBazaar and would use again!
