Do not use. Spelling mistakes, bad quality paper, terrible faded out ink. I’ve resorted to making me own cards (happy to help those who need cards too) still waiting for a refund, 5 months on!

Do not use under any circumstances whatsoever. A complete useless amateur!!! Went there for a wedding card and he didn't even have a Laptop so we could see what the card looked like. We had to send details via a mobile phone and he wrote alterations with a biro on his hand. Other people came in and he dealt with them in addition to us and confused himself even more. Took £100 deposit from us and sent us what he though we wanted, despite us saying we didn't want any religious symbols or writing!!! Didn't get our deposit back when we subsequently decided to go elsewhere. Do not use or you will be severely disappointed. Don't understand how this clown has managed to stay in business for so long!!!!!!!

ordered my wedding cards from Jayson's on Soho Road at the beginning of the year. I initially went to Jayson's back in October to look at wedding cards. when I went back there at the beginning of the year uncle remembered the card I wanted and had it out ready. I honestly could not be happier with the prompt and professional service. Uncle listened to exactly what I wanted and had my order ready within a month! we ordered matching bags and money bags to match the card. Everything was so beautifully packed. I would highly recommend. Uncle was very quick at responding to any enquiries which I had. excellent service!

Use this guy at your own risk. The cards came late and were not of the same quality we chose. He constantly pestered us about payment and when we chased him about the cards he constantly false promised. The cards did eventually arrive but someone else’s cards were also included in the box. I wanted velvet paper on the invitations which he charged me extra for and when the cards came there was no paper. I asked for the difference to be refunded which he agreed but when I phone him or email. He doesn’t pick up.

IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD, DO NOT USE JAYSONS I REPEAT DO NOT USE JAYSONS !!! I’ve had the worst experience with him Cards are awful ! He sent me less stuff and saying I ordered my cards wrong I recommend you not to use this guy ! Unless you want more stress to deal with

I chose Jason's as the variety and quality of wedding invitations at this store was amazing. Unique desi designs. We chose the card we wanted, and paid a deposit. (I took pictures of the invitations, thankfully!) Next step was for the drafts to be emailed to me. THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE. The templates I was being emailed looked nothing like what I saw in store. There were silly grammatical errors on every line. I was writing essays in response to the corrections, and was being sent amended drafts literally minutes later with 1 correction from the many I had listed. This went on for days. I also resorted to calling Mr Jogi to convey what needed to done verbally. At one point I was yelling BOLD down the phone and he was replying 'okay, GOLD, got it!'. I knew at this point the final product wasn't going to be great. I had saved the card reference number and confirmed this with him. (Thank god!) He replied sending me a picture of the card and it wasn't the one I had selected. I sent him the pictures I took and he said okay. Once all corrections were made, he demanded all payment be made before printing. Not knowing what the final product was going to look like, with no sample, there was no other option, I had no choice.. so I paid. Come the day to pick up my invitations... The invitation inserts were printed on plain white card. It literally looked like I had made them myself and printed them off. The quality was rubbish and the final product looked NOTHING like what we had ordered. Again at this point it was difficult to communicate with Mr Jogi. I was saying one thing and he was hearing something completely different. Please do not waste your time and money at this place. You're better off DIY-ing your own cards. I ended up ordering another set of invitations from another place. This time they made me a sample before asking for any deposit or anything!! Thats what you call professionalism. Once you pay in advance, customer service is rubbish. They don't don't reply to your messages or calls. Do not shop at this place!
