Absolutely appauling service. Get told my medication is getting changed as in severe pain. 3 to 5 working days later still left with no medication and no phone call from RICHARD REID. was told he was ringing to sort my medication out and I'm still sat here in agony. Everytime I ring it takes an hour to get through to be told your on his to do list. No duty of care what so ever. The place needs shutting as they are not helpful one bit. I will definitely be changing doctors.

Called about a problem I was having. The initial receptionist was kind and helpful and when another phoned back it was the same. I was expecting to have to wait days for an appointment but I got scheduled in for the same day. I don’t remember the name of the doctor that I saw but she was great and I had no problems at all. Ended up having to go to the hospital but had a pleasant experience with Brownlow Health.

I have been unwell for almost two months, and although we hear about the stress the NHS is under, in some instances I believe my symptoms have been brushed off as anxiety and I haven't been listened to by previous doctors. I left my visit today feeling like Dr. Gaynor thoroughly listened to me. I feel reassured that going forward further investigations will be done and I can't praise him enough. Thank you.

All it takes is for you to find that one doctor who you can trust and who genuinely cares, and I have 100% found that with Dr Amy Hawkins at Brownlow Health. I cannot thank Dr Amy enough for everything she has done for me and continues to do, she has been an absolute God send with trying to help me out for various reasons. She is extremely patient, caring, and professional. I cannot sing her praises enough. Honestly, THANK YOU! Also, when I have called up to ask questions regarding prescriptions for example, the receptionists have been really helpful and pleasant. So, all round very happy with my experience with Brownlow Health. Thanks once again xx

VERY DISAPPOINTED Called GP to make an appointment not urgent but instead they sent my son to a WALK-IN clinic centre where i have to obviously booked my son in myself. I mean what was the point of calling the GP? And i mentioned my son is autistic but they ignored me and sent him to smithdown clinic where it was crowded and with my son’s condition it was very stressful for him. Waited for hours in the end we did not see the doctor as the nurse said i can buy the medication from pharmacy or can wait for another 3 hours to be seen?? VERY FRUSTRATING

3 because every time I call they are polite, not every experience has been as frustrating and the doctors I’ve seen are understanding and informative. But I really need a GP letter and it’s so hard to get through. Eventually got through but card machine wasn’t working so I was promised they’d call back the next day. I didn’t get a call back and this is just adding onto stress after stress and I might not get a letter on time. And it’s expensive for a letter they no doubt have drafts of.
