Had laminate replaced with new. Almost 1 year later still waiting for job to be finished. Couldn't replace the beading round the stairs they way it was which left the carpet loose. Luckily I eventually found some spare carpet to replace the bottom step. Maybe would have been finished if I chased them more but I shouldn't have to. Shame, because they seem like decent guys but job needs finishing. Still waiting for beading to be fitted.

Great experience using Jaypark. Did the whole of the downstairs in Invictus Royal Oak- Traditional. Couldn't be happier with the finish! Found the display in the shop helpful... ended up changing my mind about colour after seeing it virtually. Guys have been great throughout, we've changed fitting date multiple times due to other work ongoing at the same time. Fitters were really professional & you'd never know that our kitchen was actually on 2 levels! Wouldn't hesitate to use them again!!
