    Jayne is the most patient and thourough teacher of all her programs. I have taken various pilates classes with Jayne over a number of years, plus HIT, Zumba, cardio /heart health sessions and a private session aimed to improve mobility in my neck. To say she is amazing would be to greatly under estimate her talent. She layers in at all levels from beginners to advanced. She is very knowledgeable and her classes are fun to boot!

    Wow!! Jayne is amazing! I had slipped discs and I hardly notice my back condition now after going to Jayne’s Pilates class this year. She is incredibly patient, explains all the levels of choice while still remembering your individual needs! The classses are calm but fun and I would highly recommend any of her classes!👍
