    I’ve started my Pt sessions with Jayjay around 10 weeks ago. I wasn’t new to the gym but I wasn’t reaching the goals I set myself hence the reason I went for the sessions. Jayjay tailors the nutrition and the exercises to your needs (some PTs I’ve tried in the past are very general with their nutrition and exercise plan) You can tell Jayjay loves his job and purely that makes the difference in the sessions. He is very passionate about helping prople, physically but also mentally. Also if you struggle with scoliosis which I do, he always finds alternatives that suits me, he recognises we are only human so you don’t have to feel guilty for falling off track, he pushes and motivates you instead of making you feel bad and generally just a very genuine nice person that puts you at ease from the very first session. He would always recommend products that might suit you better, and this is not for his own financial gains (which I experienced in the past before) but rather to enhance your gains or to help with your overall health. When I mentioned Jayjay about not feeling too hungry or that my stomach doesn’t agree with certain protein products he always offered alternatives and the right supplements that would help with digestion. He is always available for questions and you will feel he cares about your achievements as much as you. Oh and the most important part!! My body transformation pictures speak for themselves which you can find on his insta page!! :) hope this helps people that might be new to the gym or just needed that extra push! I would 10000% recommend Jayjay !

    Good Personal Trainer. Takes time to show various exercises to achieve your goal. If you struggle with mobility on certain equipment then Jay will find alternative to ensure you get maximum exposure to that muscle.
