I have just used Jayem and was delighted with the service I received. I had bought a flat to rent out where there was a blind that wasn't working and needed work on other blinds to comply to the latest regulations. They turned up on time and carried out the regulation work required. They also got the faulty blind working when, I have no doubt, some companies would probably sold me a new one. There price was very reasonable too. I will definitely use Jayem again and will be recommending them to friends and the letting agent. Many thanks to Jayem.
