Jay is the best Pilates teacher I have ever worked with and after my first session with him I can see why he has such a fantastic reputation and why so many of his clients find him so invaluable! He is perfectly clear and calm in his instructions and is fantastic at working with both experienced and non experienced people. He pushes you just the right amount to get through the exercises with encouragement and positivity. He is very sensitive and approachable to anyone who may have injuries and is well informed and highly qualified in Pilates to help in any specific areas. He explains the process as you go through each stage of the class and really makes sure you are working in the correct way to get the maximum out of the exercises. The benefits for the body in working with a teacher like Jay are incredible, after each class you go away feeling stronger and more physically toned with a really uplifting feeling of having done something really good for yourself, body and mind.

Having never been brave enough to try Pilates, Jay came highly recommended by a friend. I’ve been lucky enough to discover Jay’s online Pilates classes from the comfort and privacy of my own home. It really is so simple, easy and convenient to access such a high quality bespoke class, outside of London, through streaming technology!!! As a complete novice, I wasn’t sure what to expect but I enjoy a couple hours per week of discovering what my body could and can achieve with expert guidance and knowledge. Jay truly is one of the best instructors in the country; he has immense talent in his coaching style, offering personalised levels of work and is nothing but encouraging from start to finish. Jay is a phenomenal pilates instructor. Whether you are experienced or just beginning your experience with pilates, I would highly recommend you start here. He is incredibly knowledgable and clearly very passionate about his clients getting the best out of his classes. His attention to personal detail, feedback and advice is something you don’t always see from other instructors. Having got so much out of the online classes.. I can only imagine what I would gain from an in person experience.

Amazing class ! I feel worked out top to toe and so invigorated after finishing the session. The instructions and demonstrations from Jay are very precise and clear and he will give you different options on the movement if it ever feels too challenging. He’s very encouraging and calm , despite personally being very active I hadn’t tried Pilates before this class, and because of the Jay I’m hooked ! I will he continuing twice a week, I think it’s key when you find an instructor you can trust and you get results like I have. . Highly highly recommend!
