One of the finest chefs I have had the pleasure of working with. Jay kindly catered for my mum’s 60th birthday recently and the whole process from menu designing to the evening itself was perfect. We discussed ideas based on courses and types of food, put in a few touches I knew my mum would love and left the rest to him. The evening went without a glitch and it was so nice to be able to take a step back and just enjoy the time knowing it was in his capable hands. He uses high quality produce, locally sourced where possible and was more than happy to go through this with our guests which they loved. If that wasn’t enough the kitchen looked like there hadn’t even been a dinner party so that was the cherry on top.
