If you are a Black Sabbath fan, and you play guitar, then these guys are what you have been searching for. I ordered a Tony Iommi custom finished in cherry with Old Boy pick ups and I have not been able to wipe the silly grin off my face every time I open the case which is often. The finish and fit is superb, the electronics are fantastic and the hardware is second to none. I feel that I am privileged to have such a magnificent guitar, pictures do not do it justice but in the daylight the polished crucifix fret marker inlays shine out from the ebony fret-board and the gorgeous cherry stain on the mahogany body & one piece neck becomes richer or brighter depending on the light.

A hair better quality than the Gibson Custom Shop and certainly not as expensive. They build it to your specifications and wishes, almost anything is possible. The quality of the service, build and kindness is outstanding. If you have to call something 'negative', it's the waiting list. It takes long. The website says 16 months but that can easily be exceeded by several months. But it's all worth the wait folks. My first Jaydee still sounds fantastic and plays like a hot knife through butter. second order has already been placed.

I took my Les Paul Studio in for a refinish back in February. The paint just kept coming off and it touching it up was no longer an option. I discussed what I wanted with Andrew (back to original Satin Ebony) and left the guitar with them. Then I changed my mind and decided on a purple burst. All dealt with by email, communication with Andy was very straight forward, usually a reply on the same day or definitely the next. Unfortunately Covid stopped play so there was a delay in getting it back. But it was worth the wait. It looks like a new guitar, absolutely superb job and at a very reasonable price too. The burst is beautiful, satin back and sides. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them for refinishing work.

The guys were very helpful and would try to find a solution to any problems or questions you might have, they are willing to listen to what you want and give you some direction.Had some work done on a instrument my nephew had, they did a great job! Just more recently had frets redressed on one of my basses and action lowered and intonation done, job is spot on and bass sounds blissful, also had another one of my basses customised to a fretless, they did a fabulous job, Bass sounds wonderful!

Issue number 1 - I had some new pickups fitted on my guitar, and I supplied a pack of new strings to complete the job. When I came to collect I was told that there were only 5 strings in the pack, so an odd one had to be fitted. Don't insult my intelligence! You broke the 1st string (no big deal) and decided to lie about it. Issue number 2 - I purchased a new nut for an electric guitar which unfortunately was the wrong size, but Jaydee Guitars went ahead and fitted it anyway! Why wasn't I contacted and told that it didn't fit properly? Issue number 3 - I also remember that I had a Fender neck scalloped by John Diggins many years ago, and not only was this poorly done, but when he lacquered the neck he coated the frets in lacquer too! Not impressed.

Best guitar set up. Had a fright when the guy from PMT said my guitar had real neck issues but Jaydee sorted no problem and set it up beautifully. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.
