Just had brilliant service from Jay Be customer service. They have agreed to replace some broken slats on our 2 year old folding guest bed which we were wondering what to do about. Very friendly and efficient email exchange. The bed itself has been v useful and very easy to store in corner of bedroom for extra guests esp children.
