Had a voucher for 2. No need to ring to book, just take the voucher with you. Enjoyed the coffee and jam & cream (warm) scones. Very yummy...

Disappointing to say the least. Scones (£3.95) were dry and dense like a supermarket version and definitely not fresh. Made worse by warming in the microwave. Then to add insult to injury, additional cost for clotted cream and jam (a further £2.00). From a patisserie this is not what you would expect. Our son had a strawberry milkshake which was (£4.65), which was just strawberry Nesquik (500g available in supermarket for (£4.49!) Wish we had go elsewhere and will not be visiting again.

Worst service. Rude manager (pink hair) clueless about how to run a a cafe. Real shame as the food was lovely. Only one waitress who was trying to sort everything who was run off her feet. Will not return 40 minute wait for a coffee and a cake? Just stick to Costa.
