To be honest, we left this place with a heavy heart... On the one hand, the idea as such is quite nice and I'm sure the owners had good intentions of helping and supporting little fluffies before the adoption. On the other hand, the level of realization is on a low level, from my point of view. Quite a small room with approx. 10-12 cats in it, with a poor ventilation, and 8 people inside during our visit... Half of cats were sleeping, another half - hiding/escaping from people, it was obvious that they were not happy about being approached/touched by people all the time. Only couple of cats were playing with people by their initiative or consent. Others looked annoyed or tired, they behaved absolutely not like cats usually do when they're free. It felt like the cats are at the "job" they have to do: to allow people who have paid for the visit to play with them, independently if they want it or no. As for the people, they don't always follow the rules which were clearly stated at the entrance and explained by the waitress: sleeping cats were approached, touched, awakened - they looked so weak during those moments, but some people kept doing it.... Overall, I would not want to come back until the conditions/cats' schedule/rules following are improved.

Staffs are absolutely lovely and helpful. Such a great initiative & a cause! However, the experience was a bit disappointing. We booked the kitten lounge. There weren’t many kitties during our time so we basically paid 35£ + for each to have one coffee and one pastry for 55mins… The coffee and cakes are pretty expensive. I know you visit here to experience cats but, would have been nice if they at least sell some fresh cakes and pastries. They tasted old and dry but very expensive for what they were… Not sure if you can just book the cat experience without buying any drinks/cakes. If do, i suggest this. Hope others have better experience than us.

Highly, highly recommend - lovely cats and lovely staff! A great and comfortable environment for the cats, who all seem relaxed and content - the environment is designed for them to feel both safe and stimulated as they choose. Went for tea and a few hours of cat cuddles a few months ago, and (plot twist!) unexpectedly fell in love with two lovely girls who have now been at home with me for a month. The cafe staff were all amazing, both when I visited and when I collected the cats after being approved by the (very straightforward) adoption process. It’s clear how well-loved and cared for all of the cats are - my too have settled really well in their new home and I’m sure it’s because they were so well-cared for at the cafe. One of the lovely staff even came with me to the train station to help me with the two cat carriers, on her day off too . Treat yourself to a visit - you’re guaranteed a lovely time, and the possibility of falling in love with some lovely felines 😻.
