I have to say one particular receptionist needs to go. She sits right at the front, but completely disregards patients when they walk in and has a stinky attitude, not even a good morning how may I help, it’s just what’s your name with a death stare. It’s a shame, she’s really letting them down, as the practice is very clean and doctor is wonderful.

Every time you try to get an appointment none left .75 times line busy this morning at 8.04am the phone rang and then just cut off and then when you do get through at 8.35am no ring me backs but can go to woodhouse he hasn't seen his doctor at his surgery for more than 5 years just an utter joke jaunty springs. get to another doctors and get better service than this .

I'd give no stars if I could. My wife has been ringing for three days now and can't get past the rude reception staff. How can all appointments be gone 10 minutes after opening? That's if you are lucky enough to get through. How is it that a few months ago when my wife asked for a call back and the doctor rang her he told her to come in when there's supposed to be no appointments according to the reception staff ?

Worst surgery I have ever been with. Reception staff lack training and basic duty of care. They are extremely rude lack basic manners and chat more than they answer calls or acknowledge the presence of patients. I also had a missed diagnosis for over 10 years due to lack of actual care from a Dr I should have avoided on first visit. The same Dr also prescribed medication that makes my symptoms worse which was shockingly incompetent as someone I trusted to know how different types of medications work.

Terrible surgery, the receptionists are absolutely awful, the Dr's are even worse, have to agree with the people below in every respect, stay away from Dr Collins he's a spineless little man who strikes me as a little behind the door, there is also a really pompous Dr there who believes he knows everything and can be told nothing, stay away from this terrible place!

The worst drs Surgery I have ever visited, the clerical ladies at the desk are terrible, an older blonde haired lady with extra pounds is one to keep away from, there is NOT one good Dr at this practice that is held in high regard by the community, normally there is at least one at any practice, I can categorically tell you there isn’t one Elite gp here, just the usual modern low rent drs.
