HGV delivery, class one with 40’ container - Entry can be difficult as on a map it looks like there’s 3 ways in - there’s not! Enter from Brighton Road, right Station Approach (ATS tyres on the corner), at the end of station approach you have to PASS Piper road on your right then reverse back into it, between the yellow gate posts and towards the roller shutter behind it. The staff were fantastic and friendly, about 8 of them (it seemed) unloaded the 40’ container by hand in 40 minutes. Well done team ⭐️

We bought 2 chairs and a bench for the garden. lovely furniture but after a while some awful stains started to appear on all three pieces of furniture. I contacted JATI who tell me its a natural function of this type of wood. From a customer point of view it looks really dreadful and totally unacceptable - and sanding, as suggested by JATI, does not remove the stains. I have never seen anything like this before on teak furniture. So I have been contacted by JATI who tell me the unpleasant stains will fade in a few weeks - actually its been like it for months already. I have been offered sandpaper - I never thought that after spending so much money on the furniture that I would have to start remedial work on them. Non of the photos on the JATI site show chairs with stains like these - so I have attached photos so you will know what to expect. Well its nearly a year and despite the lovely (but inaccurate) words from JATI after the original post that these hideous stains would fade - they are as bad as ever. I’ve tried sanding them but they cannot be shifted. JATI this is an awful sub standard product constructed I assume from unseasoned wood. A disgrace.....The last photo was taken today

Customer service were apologetic when they rang to rearrange my delivery. The delivery went well with their own driver who was courteous, polite and helpful bringing the three benches down the passage and through a gate into the back garden. It's early days yet to comment on their performance other than to say they look solid and impressive.

In January we decided to buy 4 garden chairs and round folding table. Jati seemed to be the best in price so we ordered online. Delivery was quick and arrived on time well wrapped in cardboard boxes. After checking everything was good we stored the garden furniture in our garage still in there boxes and chose not to teak them until the better weather came. In May we took the furniture out from there boxes all looking good. It was only when we started putting the teak oil on when we noticed two splits on both sides of a chair right by the screws meaning that this was unsafe to sit on. I immediately sent an email explaining what I had discovered . The same day Jati responded giving me a date in June when they would pick up the chair for inspection/repair. I then had a call from Morgan Wallace who said because of where the damage was they would replace it with a brand new chair. Delivery was arranged and arrived as agreed. I am so pleased I chose Jati Ltd as the service has been outstanding. The quality of the furniture is also superb and would definitely recommend their products

I am extremely pleased not only with my purchase but with the overall service I received, the parasol was ordered on the Saturday and I received it on the Tuesday, the person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and extremely pleasant, I most certainly will be using Jati again for anything I need for my garden, and will encourage my friends to use them also.
