Brilliant, local family run business. Better than the larger warehouses. Felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. Friendly service, we were left to have a good look around with absolutely no pressure. Sofas were delivered well within the specified delivery time. A follow up call from them to check everything was ok. Fantastic quality and price. Why don't all businesses run like this. We ordered a 3 seater recliner settee and have just received delivery I am totally happy with such incredible service from in store to delivery it has been first class and the personal touches are the icing on the cake. We went to Jasper's already having in mind which sofa we wanted to order. However when we got there it was slightly smaller than what we remembered. We spent hours in the showroom sizing up the sofas and the staff were more than happy to accommodate and help us. The sofa we chose was in the sale, and the team thought it was no longer being made. As the one on show was the wrong corner the manager called the company that made the sofa to see if they would make one for us. Which they said yes! We chose our colours and sorted out payment and we were told 8-10 weeks for delivery. 6.5 weeks later and our sofa was delivered first thing in the morning, and it is utterly amazing!!! Its so comfortable, so soft and we can't get enough of it! Our 2 puppies love it so much they have claimed the foot stool as their own bed! I would highly recommend this shop for any furniture and will definitely be back there in the future.

Absolutely thrilled with our new sofa from Jaspers. We had initially looked to purchase for a larger retailer which came up a lot more expensive. We went to jaspers on a whim before we committed spending more at another store and so glad we did . Not only did we save around 60 percent retail price but we found a much nicer sofa than was in our price range in the larger retail store . The item was delivered with care by the delivery company and I would not hesitate to go back to jaspers for other household items, in fact I did have my eye on quite a few of the quirky pictures and ornaments . Thanks jaspers ☺️
