    First rate coach, hugely knowledgeable, fun to work with. I wanted to improve my powerlifting. Jason was recommended by a friend. We've worked together for about six months now (I originally planned to just do a four week skill upgrade! But it was proving too useful). I was particularly keen to work with someone who could safely push me - (I have AS and was worried about back problems) - and Jason has delivered serious strength gains without any set backs. Good in the sessions but also excellent support throughout the training. Definitely recommended. No futzing about though - its straight into the work-out!

All programs he writes are written specifically for me and for my weaknesses. The programs are very humbling and really make you work on being your best.     Training with Jason, both in person PT and on his program, has been excellent for me! I’ve seen lots of progress in my technique but also in the weight I’ve lifted. I have terrible ankle mobility and it’s not something that will improve with mobilisation exercises etc. He was able to help me find a good squat position and set up and also give me the confidence to get to a decent depth and carry on. He helped tidy up my deadlift and get me out of bad habits, so I felt really comfortable deadlifting. The program itself has given me lots of structure, and guidance on how heavy I should be lifting each session. It’s been easy to fit in, it’s not too long and been manageable with life. So I can stick to it. All the feedback has been super helpful, it’s focused on key things to improve each time. There’s never been just one way to do things, it’s all been about me, my goals and what I can do!
