I’ve been working with Jas since 2020 and she has changed my whole outlook on nutrition and exercise. Never did I think I’d enjoy or look forward to the gym but I do now! Jas ensures you have the correct form for each movement and arranges a bespoke nutrition plan for your needs, intuitively knowing when you need a push or encouragement during the sessions. She’s more than aware of the importance of mental health in keeping well and so checks in between sessions, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend her to anyone wanting expert 1:1 help!

I started training with Jas around 2years ago, to help me prepare for the 35th Marathon Des Sables in Oct-21. I was ok doing to the running, but needed help with technique, motivation and the right strength work to get me through the week, running in the Sahara. Jas was brilliant, knowledgable and motivating, with a real mix of strength work that kept things interesting. Jas was also good at working around the inevitable injuries, but also really committed to working out why the injury occurred and identifying exercises to help prevent them from re-occurring. In a year when nearly 50% of the field DnF'd, I managed to get round and come home with the coveted medal, due in no small part to Jas's support. I've continued to work with Jas since I got back, ready now for the next challenge.

Honestly was scared to walk into a gym until my friend introduced me to jas my posture was absolutely shocking but since doing sessions my posture as improved as well as my confidence and I’m always looking faward to seeing what jas as in store week after week I honestly wouldn’t have the body I have now if it wasn’t for this woman

I started training with Jasmine after having a baby a few months ago. I was so nervous after having such a long time off the gym but from the word go Jasmine made me feel so comfortable. Her knowledge and understanding of my 'post natal' needs is second to none! This girl really is amazing! Now here is a trainer who has a heart Ever since training with Jas she had taught me that there’s no such thing as “bad” food but it’s all about moderation. She has helped me understand how to reach my goals and motivated me to become more active to the point I can see this healthy way of living as a life style. She is easy to talk to and very understanding. I can’t sing enough good praises about her. I’ve never felt so comfortable with a trainer before. Love training with Jasmin she all her classes and programs are individually tailored to my needs and she takes time to understand her clients goals before starting anything. I have worked with Jasmin since lockdown 1 where I wanted to stay active while not being able to go out as often and she worked wonders with a program that was easy to follow and made the most of items found around the house. Jasmine not only helped me achieve my goals, set new ones for the new challenges but also helped me to improve my mental health something that is sometimes forgotten about by other trainers.
