    A couple of friends recommended test driving a BMW as they kept saying the drive was great. Was looking to buy a new car so reached out to Jardine Motors Milton Keynes. Got put through to a man named Mark/Matt. Told him I wanted to try an X4. He said they don’t have any in the showroom at the moment but will check to see when they might be coming in and said he’d call back in a couple of hours. That never happened. Called back the next day, got put through to him and was told they don’t have any and won’t be getting any for a while. Asked if I could test drive an X5 instead as I’d been debating between these two models. He asked what my budget was and bluntly replied “we don’t have anything for under 65k”. I said “for a second hand car?” to which he said “yes”. Blatantly made it clear he didn’t want my business! Funny that, as I’ve checked the Jardine website as well as done my research and can safely say they have at least 4 in stock that are under 65k! Not to mention that a brand new X5 comes in at 66k. Absolutely disgusted at the lack of service, arrogance and rudeness. Safe to say, no matter how good people say the drive is, I won’t be bothering with them ever again. I took my business elsewhere (highly recommend Mercedes Milton Keynes fyi!) where my budget wasn’t looked down upon or judged and bought a car with them instead.
