    A rather lacklustre experience buying a new car from them. VERY slow to return communication. Will use GDPR as an excuse to not relay information to other family members but won’t ask verification questions to those they have rang to ensure GDPR compliance. Have to ask for information multiple times. Sales reps don’t appear to know an awful lot about the cars they are selling. The occasional misogynistic comment also made an appearance during our buying cycle. Put the price up during the waiting period, blamed JLR, we spoke to JLR directly who said this is a dealer issue. There’s an air of just not caring about their customers. Takes the shine out of buying a new car, really.

    Need to improve on customer skills . You can’t say to a customer why did you enquire on a car if it wasn’t in your budget . That’s just completely not professional and also you can’t judge a customer on what he can afford or not . Bad customer service I don’t know how they sell cars with that attitude.

    All staff I encountered, from the minute I walked in, were extremely welcoming, friendly and pleasant. All three staff I met were excellent representatives of JLR. I was very impressed with the personal touch, level of knowledge, humour and general friendly demeanour. I felt that all three ladies put themselves out and ensured that I had everything I needed.     My wife and I weren’t sure that we’d be able to find the right car for us. Kristy went above and beyond to find a car that suited our needs and also had it ready within a week! With the market the way it is currently this was miraculous! She looked after us and also managed to sort out a problem with BMW finance which wasn’t even her problem to solve. 100% would recommend Jardine because of Kristy alone!
