My car passed its 1st MOT but the lights were left on manual and not being technical minded I did not realise. The next day my car would not start and the battery was flat. I had to pay for a new battery and also a message came up saying lights on. Jardine Jaguar were not helpful and did not accept responsibility. I will never use them again

Lucy is very professional & helpful. However this was the 2nd time my car has been in the garage with the same fault and having been returned to me, still has the fault. So it is booked in again which was another 5/6 week wait. Really frustrating & has put me off buying another Jaguar.- adding to this as I replied to Oliver the day he put his response on despite a response saying a manager would come back to me that day, I’ve heard nothing, hideous customer service!

I would definitely not recommend this place. Poor Customer service poor communication. I had given my car on Thursday afternoon for repair and so jag given me courtesy car from enterprise. 6 days no communication at all. I rang nearly 4 times to speak to someone in the service department each time answer was he’s busy he will call you back. Never had any call from Jaguar. On Wednesday (today) I started getting calls from enterprise saying sir you have to give our car back as we haven’t had any notification from Jaguar to extend the courtesy car period. I said but I haven’t received any phone call or email from Jaguar to say my car was ready. I was at work I called my Mrs to see if she could call them and see what’s going on. She called and they said yes your car ready you can come and collect. Once again, no effort to try and communicate. They had my car for 6 days and it wasn’t even washed or hoovered. I had a BMW previously and for so many years the customer service was superb, I had updates all the time whilst my car was in either by phone or emails. Here nobody bothered. On top can’t believe it SHOWROOM MANAGER and OPERATION MANAGER not bother to do take any serious action as to why people don’t like our customer service. Definitely 0 star rating but can’t give that in here. I won’t be taking my car again unless it’s an emergency.
