Ordered online front and rear shock absorbers Dec 12th , had a phone call to say they were out of stock but they were coming in stock soon. Chased them in January and they guy said the manager had left the company and left a pile of customers order unfinished. The new guy said I got your order and will sort this out and call me back. He never called and it’s now March 1st. Total waste of time so consider my order cancelled. Shocking customer service. Avoid this company. Service: Suspension/lowering & lift kits

Pick up the bloody phone. I ordered an exhaust system over a month ago which I still haven't received. I've rang so many times.. no answer .. I've left an email .. no reply! Placed an order for parts required ASAP to get my car back on the road, this was accepted and money taken. The expected delivery time came and went and was unable to get in contact with Japanese 4x4 Spares by phone wondering if there had been an issue. Over a week later the money was returned to my account with no explanation. Have had to source parts elsewhere and reschedule the mechanic which is just a big inconvenience as still without a car from a company I expected to be on the ball.
