He visited and soon identified the problem, ordered the part, and two days later it was fitted, problem solved at very reasonable cost. Very disappointing. Jim attended to look at my faulty oven. He told us that he's going to get the part online and contact us within 24 hours with an update. After multiple attempts to contact Jim I decided to look online reviews and found that he vanishes on customers frequently. Complete waste of time.

I called Jim at Jantech as my Bosch dishwasher had been failing to wash properly, despite being just 4 years old. Jim suggested what the problem might be (water pump) and the likely cost and arranged to inspect the machine. He arrived on time as agreed a couple of days later and diagnosed the problem, returning and fixing the machine. The cost of £190 (parts, labour and VAT) was, to my mind, reasonable as a replacement machine would have been over £650. Jim was clean, tidy, and on time. He kept me informed as to timings and was kind to the dogs as well as being very professional. I can thoroughly and without hesitation recommend Jantech Service: Dishwasher repair
