    The best massage I’ve ever had. Located in a very safe, professional, clean and beautiful smelling location with a staffed reception, drinks and warmth. It was clear from the very start of the massage that Paulius was Expert at navigating and handling my muscles, with perfect pressure, regular confirmation that the pressure is still well suited for me as he moved onto different areas, and feeding back on what he is finding in my muscles. I will be back each month when I visit London as the effects were clear and long lasting- better than any kind of massage I’ve had anywhere before. Thank you.

    I went to Paulius with a frozen shoulder for a 1hr deep tissue massage and he was brilliant. He diagnosed inflammation and gave very clear, illuminating explanations of how the muscles work and suggestions for exercises. The next day I already felt a lot better though he explained inflammation will take a few days to heal. Highly recommend and will return as a preventative too.
