I have dealt with chronic pain for years now and reached out to Janie in hopes that she could help. I had a virtual session with Janie a few days ago...I wanted to wait before writing a review to see the ongoing effects of our session. I had a wonderful day with Janie on the Reiki Level 1 course. The whole day was extremely well organised, based in the immaculate location of the Cotswold Academy, where the welcome was warm and professional. Janie guided us through our introduction to Reiki, with both theory and hands on experience. She covered the day with excellent timekeeping but was also sensitive to any needs to pause, explore or ask questions where relevant. Her years of experience shone through. It was the perfect start to exploring how Reiki can be of use in my life. If you’re not sure how it might be useful for you, I’d suggest you take a day to find out! I would unreservedly recommend her as a teacher.

I recently did a Reiki Level 2 Refresher with Janie, which was a follow on from the original L2 course I did back in 2019. Janie is always has a positive and friendly approach and you can't help but come away uplifted from spending time with her, even if you didn't do any reiki! The refresher day was just what I needed to reconnect with my reiki and spend time with like minded people. Janie geared the day to our needs and focused on what we wanted to get from the course. I would highly recommend Janie as a teacher if you are considering any of her courses.

Janie sent me a recording of her meditation which is grounding, clearing and protecting. Whenever I feel out of balance I listen to it and I feel a million dollars. I go from angry and frustrated to completely being myself again. I think it's the best meditation for me right now. Thank you
