Phoned with a simple question about using one of their products. Was told they don't know and referred to the supplier (retailer) of the product, was told they just import the product and that I was speaking to sales at head office. There wasn't a technical or advice department. The retailer of the product didn't know the answer, that's why I phoned Jangro in the first place. Jangro's advice was "phone the retailer again"! Sometimes when you use a product in a professional capacity, particularly chemicals, you need some details. Their name is on the package and the sales team don't know how to answer questions about what they are selling. Just be sure you can answer any questions yourself before you buy what you may need.
