Having done the dumb thing of filling my bike with diesel (I know I always thought who could do that!) I tried calling the AA who didn't answer my call and also several other recovery options. No luck. Then I spoke with Vicky from EGL who within 15 mins had a van on its way, picked up me and my bike, dropped me at home and then took my bike to repair. Having meticulously fixing the issues caused, keeping me updated along the way, I collected my bike and it is as it was pre my stupid mistake! The friendliness of everyone I had contact with was superb, a friendly family run business that I will definitely use again if I ever have the need!!!! Service: Motorcycle towing

Brokedown this afternoon at clifton moor, I had rang RAC to report my breakdown. Waiting over 2 hours for no update!! Luckily EGL RECOVERY drove past and asked if I needed assistance to go on the website as he was on his way to a job, I contacted EGL and Vicky answered and pulled out all the stops to make sure me and my family got home safe. I got offered a courtesy car to get home until the recovery truck could collect my vehicle from roadside. Got picked up in under an hour & took to collect courtesy car and was on my way home. Car got collected by the recovery truck and delivered to my house. Outstanding service I highly recommend using EGL going forward. Thank you once again Service: Car towing
