I am upset with the service I had from Jane last year. I brought my son with his in grown toe nails for week after week. I did say on a number of occasions that I thought he needed surgery, which Jane does not do. She said not, until I became firm in my view, at which point she finally agreed. I bitterly regret following her advice, with my son in pain. I took him to the Guildford Foot Clinic who did an amazing job. The surgery took 45 mins and cured the problem. They said I should have brought him much much sooner.

Jane was outstanding!! She is dealing with an ingrowing, swollen, infected and painful toenail belonging to my 15 year old son. She was both empathetic and caring and my son and I both left feeling that we are in the hands of not only someone who clearly cared, but super-confident in Jane’s professionalism, knowledge and ability to sort the problem out. HUGE recommend!! I would add to that, that her clinic in Memorial Hall in Farnham is lovely.... Thanks Jane!!

I had a problem with my heel becoming very sore in an ultra and having to drop out. I was recommended to try Jane. She has been excellent. The problem was my gait. This has been cured with insoles that I use for my race walking shoes. All of the pains I was experiencing have varnished and am very happy with the result. Highly recommended.
