    We did a drop in session with Louisa and she was amazing with our little girls. We were happy with the service that they offered and requested further sessions. We filled in all the forms they required and after a week I called to see what was going on, the receptionist said she will request someone to get in contact. It’s now 5 months later and we have still had no contact from them. What is the point in doing drop in sessions if you not going to contact people about further sessions, it feels like they cherry pick the children they what to work with.

    ABSOLUTELY AMAZING 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 My daughters have both attended and had brilliant service and made leaps and bounds. However my middle child, had a speech delay, causing her issues at pre school and making us very concerned.She started attending the ChatterJacks group and made a real bond with one of the practitioners Charlotte. Charlotte was so patient with her and they formed a real friendship (my daughter wants to invite her to her birthday party) and quite soon after starting she began to talk, she hasn’t stopped since. It’s done in such a lovely informal way, the children feel like they are just playing and they feel so very supported in their learning journey. Highlights since joining, is my daughter getting up at the front of a group to sing Twinkle Twinkle and just recently a parents evening to say she has come on leaps and bounds and they have zero concerns whatsoever with her being ready for school. With her speech unlocked, it’s like she has the confidence to do anything, she is now on target in all subjects and is making friends :) I couldn’t thank or recommend Charlotte and the whole team at ChatterJacks more.
