Never recommend never use them again Response to JBL reply If I am not or never been a customer can I have a refund please of costs paid dec 22 and march 23 ! I did send a complaint in jan/ feb which was forwarded by one of your solicitors when we still was going thru your conveyancing/purchasing and selling. And I am still waiting a response! Got the job done eventually but disappointed with the experience. Spelling error in the introductory pack and even an error in the contract itself. Only realised when I pointed it out to them. Unable to properly explain something to me over the phone even after the person on the other end asked a colleague what something meant and eventually I had to Google it myself where I found the answer in less than a minute. Would never use again and have recommended friends avoid.
