Jane has been hugely influential in guiding me through some very difficult times. Having sought therapy before for the same issues I have never found it to be particularly effective. However, working with Jane has been a completely different experience. Her empathetic, supportive and caring attitude has allowed me to move forward positively despite my previous set backs. I would highly recommend Jane and wouldn’t hesitate to return if life derailed me again she embodies everything a counsellor should be and more and I feel very lucky to have found her. 5 stars doesn’t seem high enough 😃
