Absolutely rubbish do not go here. My brothers mehndi suit order was placed in May and these guys still haven't prepared the order. They have no clue about anything absolutely clueless and on top of that they are refusing to pay the £100 deposit back claiming "it is not there fault". Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs. The owner is terrible at communicating and offers zero customer service. After you pay the deposit, he ignores calls and texts. The shop often has shutters down in the middle of opening hours which is frustrating after i had taken time off work to check on my order status in person after repeatedly being ignored by phone. The order i was told could come as quick as 8 days to 3 weeks. It came after nearly 7 weeks and in the wrong size and colour. Complete disaster and 2 days before my wedding day! It cost me a small fortune to find an off the shelf replacement which wasnt ideal. When speaking to a friend i learned he had a similar woeful experience. I wish i had known earlier. Please avoid and don't trust the short lead times you are quoted. Very unprofessional all round. And worst of all never got an apology. Says a lot about a persons character!
