I really must commend the courteous and professional services of JamVans. I needed things brought to the UK from Holland and a friend suggested them. Jam Vans ensured that I was always in the loop; dates and both collection and delivery times were met. The office staff were always calm, assuring and helpful. Totally forgot cuz we went travelling the the day after 😅 but I said I would give them a great review because honestly, these guys deserve it... these 2 guys (young guy and an older guy.. i forgot there names 😅) moved all our stuff out our hackney flat in about 15 minutes n were the nicest, hardworking people we've met. Made it look easy n great vibe all the way through. Great staff Great company x

I would like to thank Jake Hill from JamVans, and his team members. Jake Hill gave me a peaceful mind from the process of my belongings' management to the delivery. Jake Hill is a key and strong JamVans employee ambassador. He understood very quickly that my agenda was complex/busy as a new Director - only gave me essential calls with concise and accurate answers. Jack is very efficient, excels in customer service, and has huge project management skills - no-need to micro-manage him, unlike my past experiences with some other companies. I trust his ability to take care of my belongings safely and manage all the potential issues with the collaborative departments if need, quickly... and mainly efficiently. Trust, today is a 'rare' professional and 'customers' relationship asset - I don't use this world too quickly or easily, and I reiterate it, I trust Jack Hill's works. Recommended by a friend. The team was very polite and prompt. However, there were far more bumps and scratches on our furniture than would be expected from such a move (just two streets down). The team used no covers or blankets, just stacked everything in the truck (even the TV was stuck between two of our pillows). They dropped the TV console while unloading. Although it didn`t break, it got many scratches. The truck itself was apparently dirty because the clothing on the furniture was all in leaves and dust which we had to vacuum clean. There was also some damage to the apartment walls and floor, which we had to report to the landlord. There were some sharp turns going up, and we have a big sofa, probably this was the problem. Uninstalling and installing of beds and desk was well done. Probably will not use in the future again. update: company paid small sum in compensation as goodwill. They also proposed to apply to insurance to cover some damages, which I didn't do because of all the paperwork. increased rating from 3 to 4 stars due to follow up.
