Staff were friendly but my dog came away with a cough so was treated for kennel cough (certificates for shots should be checked) and I noticed a few scabs on his legs from cuts/scrapes, I wasn't notified of anything happening or no one noticed, no sure which is worse. Almost a week home And he's still under the weather. Gave two stars, one for price and because staff seemed friendly. Won't be using again but to be honest this place was a last resort because other places were booked up
