    Under no circumstances leave your cat at these kennels. The owner is rude, arrogant and unfriendly, no care or attention shown to customers or more importantly the animals they are to care for. We left our cat there for 30 minutes after being so upset by the experience of leaving her there. We weren’t allowed to see the pen, weren’t allowed to leave her own bed, blankets and weren’t even asked what food she ate. On collecting her she was in a dark concrete prison like cell with no daylight, cowering in a corner. Absolutely shocking and disturbing. Do not even think about leaving a loved pet here,

    Excellent 'cat hotel ' for our beloved Sweep! The staff are so friendly and accommodating, and nothing is too much trouble. Our cat always returns home looking fit and well, with a shiny coat! It is always hard leaving your pet with somebody else, but experience tells us that these people genuinely take care of their animals and look after them as an owner would. Thanks, you are a safe pair of hands! xxx
