I hate leaving bad reviews. I didn't get to use their services because the app would not recognise addresses I tried for pick up and when I tried to call the phone just rang off the hook. I am disabled and now in agony because the only way I could get back into Porthcawl from Trecco Bay was to walk (and other taxi company phones rang off the hook as well) it has taken me over an hour to walk the 1 mile from the pain and I really needed James Taxis. I think they rejected my fare because it was a short journey Why else would someone want to pay £6 to go a mile? - either disabled and can't do it like me or have lots of luggage. I am now going to be lucky if I don't need Morphine. Poor show. How can you run a taxi company when no one answers the phone.
