To be honest I was expecting for a smoother finish. As you can see the inside edges are uneven, looking like they cut it in a rush. Moreover, the colour of the sole is beige. Using black soles wasn’t the best choice. All this 30 quid. I don’t know how to feel about it. I saw a previous review on the same shoe type and they did a good job. What’s happened this time? 😬

I went to James Shoecare in canary wharf and they were incredibly friendly, informative and accommodating, especially when I needed a fix to a shoe that day and they fitted me in straight away. They are very knowledgeable and helpfully explained what services they offer and the benefits of using them, which has convinced to come back and re-sole my shoes here. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I had stained my Uggs and I thought that it wouldn’t be possible to get them fixed, but now they look brand new. The staff was incredibly nice, especially Yuri that personally took care of my shoes. Very good experience, I recommend this place.

I went to James Shoe Care to see if they would fix a buckle on my bag as I didn't know where else to go to get it fixed. I wasn't expecting them to fix it as it was a shoe repair shop, but Paul very kindly had a look and spent his time to help me fix it straight away. To top it off, he didn't charge me for his service! I had a really great experience at the store and Paul was very kind. I'd definitely go there again. Thank you Paul!
