The shoe was returned to me in the exact same state that I gave it. Took me a moment to find the courage to say something and then the man at the shop helped me touch it up. At 12 pounds for a shoe shine there should really be some quality control. I don’t think there was any degree of layering to the polishing it would wipe right off within minutes. I wish I had just bought some shoe polish and done it myself but I thought that an establishment like this would be able to achieve a better polish than myself. I do appreciate the help to try and fix the poorly done job when I pointed it out but to be honest I still wasn’t very happy and would have preferred if they had taken it back and fixed it properly. It’s a shame because they are super conveniently located but the polishing just wasn’t to a good standard.

Avoid!!!! I sent two pairs of sneakers for wash last month. However, when I went back to pick them up. I found the stains on both pairs of my shoes. They not only refuse to take responsibility for my loss but also refuse to refund me for the service. And they keep asking me go back again and again by saying they need to talk to manager. I have been go back for 4 times and I still got not response. The last time they promised me that their manager will contact about this and I don’t need to go back for this anymore. But this was already 2 weeks ago and I got no response from them. This is definitely bad experience and unacceptable.

Absolutely terrible! I sent my shoes to them for cleaning last week, I told them is leather plus suede they need to be careful, the staff only told me they can’t promise will be clean as fresh which is okay to me but nothing else. Today my husband went collect the shoes but my shoes are completely damaged. At the same time there’s still lots of dust on the bottom. They told my husband I have been told the risk of shampooing the shoes which is completely a lie! The old shoes not worth much but their attitude is absolutely disgusting! Blaming the mistake to customers is what they are doing!

AVOID!!! The worst! This is how they clean the shoes, I told them it’s leather and need to be careful, turns out my shoes got totally damaged, while even not cleaned. And they literally said ‘you have to accept it, no one expected what would happen’.
