I have used this company for a few years and I would highly recommend them. They have been able to fix issues other plumbers had failed to. Ive used them for bolier and plumbing issues always got the job done. They are great to deal with and Really know their stuff. They also try and fix the job at the best price they can and give you all the options rather than just recommend the most expensive one. My heating stopped working suddenly and James was able to come out next day to quickly diagnose and temporarily fix the issue, before returning to fit the ordered part. James has worked on my central heating twice now. First time a month or so ago he replaced the magnetic filter unit that had been leaking and more recently returned to convert my open vented Vaillant boiler system to a closed pressurised system as the boiler and pump was not working efficiently. He reconfigured all the pipework around the boiler and installed a pump in that location. He also reconfigured/replaced all pipework, zone valves and components in the airing cupboard to make the closed system conversion. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work ethic which is evident in the quality of the installation he has provided. I cant recall the system ever working as effectively as it does today. Hopefully squeezed a little more life out of my aging Vaillant boiler. He was punctual, friendly and totally reliable. I would not hesitate to call James again if I have any kind of heating or plumbing problem.

I chose James Plumbing and Heating Services to install a new energy efficient boiler after reading excellent online reviews of the company. From start to finish, James and Kel provided a first class service at an excellent price (undercutting British Gas by more than £1800). I’m never keen on getting work done in the house, but they were professional, friendly and just got on with the job, always consulting me when necessary. The job was completed in a couple of days with minimum stress. As James is an Advanced Installer, I was able to get a 10 year warranty on the Vaillant EcoTEC plus 832 instead of the standard 7 year warranty (British Gas only give a 5 year warranty!). I am very happy with the new boiler which should reduce my bills greatly and delighted to have used a local small business as well as saving myself a lot of money. 5*
