The experience with the employees at James Paul Specialist was highly disappointing. It is important to exercise caution, as they have a tendency to provide incorrect information about the advertised vehicles, including the number of previous owners and keys available. Despite falsely advertising the car with both sets, they have not made any efforts to provide replacements keys. I recommended to approach with high caution before considering a purchase from this dealership.

I purchased a 640D Gran Coupe from James Paul today and it was a pleasurable experience from start to finish. I live in Devon so I wanted to make sure the trip up to Sussex was worth it and that I could drive away the same day. Nick was very knowledgeable about the car on our initial phone call and emailed over all the documentation and history relating to the vehicle so I could get an in depth understanding of the vehicle’s spec and history before committing to travelling up. This is clearly a well respected prestige dealership with highly knowledgable staff. The presentation of the vehicle when I arrived was absolutely immaculate and Nick was more of a friend than a car salesperson, making genuine conversation during the test drive and allowing the car to do the talking. Needless to say I bought the vehicle and had an exceptional drive back down to Devon on the A303. All in all, highly recommended and I would have no hesitation in doing business here again.

Great experience purchasing a car from James Paul, can't recommend them enough. Customer service was impeccable. The staff were extremely kind, polite and always willing to help. Special mention to Darren as he was extremely patient and went over and above to make sure the whole purchase was as easy as possible. I work offshore so was unable to pick up the car until a specific date and James Paul were extremely understanding and accommodating. The BMW M2 I purchased was in great condition, best car I've ever owned. Thoroughly enjoyed my drive back up to the Highlands. Would certainly buy again from James Paul in the future. Can’t recommend James Paul enough! The customer service was really good, very friendly and straight forward. The 2008 BMW 325i I purchased was in outstanding condition inside and out with stacks of history and receipts. Had the car a few months now and I’m still in love with it! Unfortunately I noticed my car had a small fuel leak a few days after purchasing, I got back in touch with James Paul to notify them, they apologised and said to book it into a local specialist and they will cover the bill. They stayed true to their word it was a very stress free experience! My car has since been outstanding, Would buy a car from them again 100%!!

I purchased a BMW from James Paul and the service was impeccable. All the cars on their forecourt was at the highest standard you will not find anywhere including a main dealer. Nick & Darren are really nice and genuine people to deal with. They have a wealth of knowledge and a very good temperament making me very comfortable. Both are genuine and caring people. They went above and beyond and provided me with plenty of fuel fuel to get me home and carried out some additional changes on the vehicle I wanted at no extra charge. The service offered is better than you would get at any main dealer and the standard of vehicle too. I'm sure my next upgrade car will also be from James Paul.
