Lovely house and en-suites are a plus, and also maintenance issues are resolved very quickly - apart from leaving scaffolding up for most of the year. BUT it you want to stay in a uni house with good letting agents, do not rent from James Oliver. They are unresponsive to phone calls and emails and do not care about their tenants, just as long as they get their rent. Also, James Oliver himself is unprofessional and rude and will also not reply to any calls or emails. Don’t rent here unless you want bad customer service.
